    This is a wonderful blog Vani avare. I am so glad i found your blog. I have been learing to stitch from last 5 months. You have given a great tutorial about many things.

    I have been to many sites, when we need to pay to get pattern. you have been posting it them for free. Princess cut - is one where tailors make crazy money out of it and you have given pattern. wonderful.

    I would like to know if you take classes, i would be willing to attend or any books or sites you would recommend. Thank you in advance. I shall be awaiting your reply.

    Vani,

    Is shoulder slope mandatory for saree blouse can i not ignore it?

    My shoulder is coming off if i use 2 cm of shoulder slope.
    and there's gap between blouse and shoulder..

    How can i make it fit for wide neckline?

    Shoulder slope is necessary for garments.for plump persons we can take 1/2" and for thin persons we can take 3/4" to 1".probably you have to reduce scye depth

    I understood that I can make princess line with dart 1 and 3 …
    How can I modify dart 2 and 4 from the image given?

    I have been following your blog for a while now.Great work!You have solved a great problem for me by posting the katori cut blouse pattern.I have already taken help from your tutorials on sleeves, and body measurements.I managed to stitch 3 churidars for myself with perfect fitting.Thanks a lot.

    I just have one doubt regarding princess cut blouse..is it supposed to be back open type?or can it also be made with front open pattern?please let me know.Thanks a lot.Keep up the good work!

    Hi Vani your instructions on Blouse stiching are very helpful . I have a Question on the Princess cut blouse. Do we still need the belt at the front bottom piece? or does this go without the belt? the link of the pictures you posted I think dod not show the belt but its not clearly mentioned in your instructions so got confused. Can you please Clarify? Thanks Monika

    No need for the patti.Main aim of this type of blouse to minimize stitching in the front so that it will not show under thin sari.
